• Rates subject to change without notice and do not include Arizona State Sales Tax.
  
  
• Reservations: If you book a reservation within 30 days of your stay payment in full is required upon your reservation. If you book a reservation in excess of 30 days of your stay, 50% deposit is required with the balance due (50%) 30 days prior to check-in.
  
  
• Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book for the entire amount of your stay. If we are able to re-rent, there is 10% handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.
  
  
• Holiday rates will apply.
  
  
• Check-in: 2:00pm. Check-out: 10:00a.m.
  
  
• Pets accepted. $20.00 per night extra, subject to approval.
  
  
• Our cabins are non-smoking!
